He launched his first digital agency in 2010 for Journal, founded Guarantee Digital in 2011 and since then has grown from one partner to over 200, in markets of all sizes nationwide.

Peggy has over 18 years of Digital Marketing experience and has a passion for helping businesses excel online. Peggy loves working with local businesses on all levels to help them meet their digital goals. She currently leads all Digital Workshops for the Digital Media Lab and works with businesses on strategy, digital how-to’s and digital coaching.

Kris Timmer
Director – Web, Content, & Production Services

Kris leads the web, production, and content teams at Guarantee Digital. A creative and organized team leader, she offers strategic and operational direction and implementation and has a passion for all things digital! Kris began her career as a graphic designer for advertising agencies and spent many years in hospitality from managing private clubs and a boutique hotel, to catering and banquets.

Gleb Sergeyev
Client Service Manager

Gleb has over 15 years of experience in the marketing field with 5 years in Guarantee Digital. Gleb’s passion is helping small businesses grow and succeed via digital marketing. He loves providing strategic guidance to our clients and media partners. Currently, Gleb is the Client Success Manager and his responsibilities include providing support and leadership for our Account Management Team, media partner training, and campaign strategy.

Jana is a Client Service Manager and has over 18 years of experience in the digital services industry. Jana is passionate about helping clients and media partners succeed in digital marketing. She is also dedicated to guiding the Account Management team to success while keeping them apprised of new strategies and services that are being offered today. Her responsibilities include training and supporting the Account Managers, helping clients grow their digital presence, training the media partners, and creating processes for the team.
