We work with publishers and broadcasters in 100+ markets around the US, providing a full suite of digital programs for them to offer to their local customer base. They focus on selling and we provide all customer service and fulfill via our Traffic, Web Services and Content Marketing teams. We also provide Sales/Product training, Educational Merchant seminars and more. Digital Media Lab Sales Consultant

Position Overview:  

The Digital Media Lab is expanding for 2019 and we are seeking a strong consultative digital sales professional to help us maximize revenue while earning fat commission checks!   You’ll leverage your existing market contacts plus our steady stream of inbound leads to expand our base of local clients. Representing a full-service digital agency and learning center, you’ll offer a wide variety of digital training, marketing solutions as well as web design, SEO, and content management services for social media and more.

The Digital Media Lab offers a fresh approach to Local Digital – We realize that many merchants and marketing professionals are trying to figure out the best way to leverage digital to grow their business. Many want to know: What can I DIY and what should I outsource? The Media Lab provides the Luxury of Choice, with options that include taking a class, or working one on one with a digital personal trainer.  Merchants who are too busy or lack certain skills, hire our agency to do the work for them.  This changes the buyer/seller dynamic completely!   Instead of being just another digital seller you are rightfully seen as a true educator and consultant, offering a combination of training and agency solutions that best match the needs of the customer!

Primary Duties include:   

  • Generates New Digital Marketing, Services and Training Revenue for the Media Lab via –
    1. Manage and offer new marketing and services to current Media Lab clients
    2. Cultivates inbound leads generated by Media Lab and Marketing efforts
    3. Leverage your deep existing market relationships to generating new business
  • Works with Traffic and Account team to develop digital proposals for new clients
  • Works with Digital Media Lab/Training Director and other Guarantee Digital management to promote the DML concept, developing local relationships with merchants and other networking groups (Chamber of Commerce, Waukesha Business Alliance etc.)
  • Follows establish pricing guidelines and rate cards to ensure profitability of the Media Lab and Guarantee Digital
  • Follows internal procedures to ensure smooth delivery of services and best ROI for clients.
  • Proactively works with GD team and maintains strong client relationships to keep retention of digital business above 80 percent.
  • Works with GD Management in development of new business strategies to meet changing advertiser needs and new market opportunities.
  • Uses CRM to record and manage clients and a growing sales pipeline; provides timely reporting to management on progress toward sales goals.
  • Works with GD Management in development of new business strategies and review new products to meet new market opportunities. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-year minimum digital sales experience required
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience working with local merchants in the Milwaukee Metro and western suburbs – existing relationships with local businesses a plus.
  • Must possess a Hunter Mentality for finding and developing new business.
  • Effective communication, presentation skills and professional appearance required.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to develop layered proposals with multiple digital agency products.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle, as travel is required.

Account Manager


Delafield based Digital Agency is seeking experienced Local Marketing professionals to join our Account Management team. You’ll work with a variety of Clients helping them maximize their presence via the Web and Social Media. Guarantee Digital serves Clients of all sizes and industries via our Media Partner Re-seller network as well as locally thru our own Digital Media Lab. Previous experience in similar client management roles in Digital Marketing, Account Services, Social Media and/or with Digital Agencies is required.

Job Description:

  • Provide strategic planning, implementation and communication between internal team members and external clients
  • Deliver exceptional experience to clients in order to build and foster long-lasting relationships
  • Serve as client contact for day-to-day online marketing projects ensuring that projects are running efficiently and profitably
  • Seek out and understand the customer’s business needs and effectively communicate the requirements to relevant internal and external teams (web development, marketing)
  • Manage workloads and respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Provide strategic guidance, regular account coordination, effective analysis of online activity in order to prioritize initiatives and maximize revenue goals and growth
  • Provide problem-solving recommendations, creative and collaborative brainstorm sessions and perform hands-on execution for the following areas as needed: Search engine optimization, Email marketing, Content marketing and social media, Website redesigns, Website and marketing analysis and analytics

Education & Experience:

  • Have 1-3 years of experience providing account management and coordination for clients in the online marketing and/or web technology fields. Agency experience preferred.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of how Websites, Mobile Sites, SEO, and Social Media work together in a marketing strategy.
  • Strong written, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Must be supportive, positive and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
