About Guarantee Digital: Based in downtown Delafield, Wisconsin, in the sunny “Lake Country” Burbs of Milwaukee, Guarantee Digital provides Digital Agency Solutions to clients of all sizes thru our Reseller Media Partner program and via our direct Milwaukee based sales efforts. We work with sales partners in over 200 markets around the US, providing a full suite of digital programs for them to offer to their local customer base. They focus on selling and we provide all customer service and fulfill via our Traffic, Web Services and Content Marketing teams. Digital Agency based in Delafield, Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic team at Guarantee Digital! The Account Coordinator is an entry-level position for our Account Management team and will fulfill digital services for clients, provide product support and outreach with accuracy and efficiency. Other special projects and requests to better support the Account Manager team as needed. 

Job Description:

  • Serve as client contact for day-to-day online digital marketing projects ensuring that projects are running efficiently and profitably 
  • Coordinate communication between internal team members and external clients and media partners 
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Provide problem-solving recommendation and solutions to client

Qualifications:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience providing customer service and coordination for clients in the online marketing and/or web technology fields. 
  • Working knowledge of how Websites, SEO, Social Media, and Video work together in a marketing strategy is preferred. 
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills 
  • Experience using Google Products preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills 
  • Must be supportive, positive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management Platforms (Basecamp) experience a plus

Guarantee Digital is seeking an experienced Local Marketing professional based in the Milwaukee metro area to join our Account Management team. You’ll work with a variety of Local and National Clients helping them maximize their digital marketing investment, web and social media presence. Previous experience in similar client management roles in Digital Marketing, Account Services, Social Media, and/or Digital Agencies is required.

Job Description:

  • Provide strategic planning, implementation, and communication between internal team members and external clients
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to clients in order to build and foster long-lasting relationships
  • Serve as client contact for day-to-day online marketing projects ensuring that projects are running efficiently and profitably
  • Seek out and understand the customer’s business needs and effectively communicate the requirements to relevant internal and external teams (web development, content, and marketing)

  • Experience with web design projects, SEO, and monthly content management is a plus.

You’ll work with a variety of clients helping them maximize their presence via Social Media and Blogs. Guarantee Digital serves clients of all sizes and industries via our Media Partner Re-seller network as well as locally thru our own Digital Media Lab. Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media and/or with Digital Agencies is required.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for researching and writing SEO rich and engaging content by specified deadlines for blogs, websites, videos, and social media that will effectively reach a desired target audience
  • Experience with and complete understanding of “boosting” rules and requirements
  • Utilize tools to check spelling, grammar, and potential plagiarism, and accurately note sources.
  • Serving a wide range of clients, this role requires a detail-oriented individual who feels comfortable writing about almost anything
  • Requires timely and excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Manage social media accounts on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Create engaging graphics for social media posts

Education & Experience:

  • Have 1-3 years of experience providing social media content writing for clients. Agency experience preferred.
