About Guarantee Digital: Based in Hartland, WI, Guarantee Digital provides Digital Agency Solutions to clients of all sizes thru our Media Partner program and via our direct Milwaukee based sales efforts. We work with publishers and broadcasters in 100+ markets around the US, providing a full suite of digital programs for them to offer to their local customer base. They focus on selling and we provide all customer service and fulfill via our Traffic, Web Services and Content Marketing teams. We also provide Sales/Product training, Educational Merchant seminars and more. As part of our team, you’ll focus on helping these partners sell even more by providing expert advice, proposal development, training and sales support.

Content Marketing Coordinator

Description
Guarantee Digital is looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, SEO savvy content creator for a full-time Content Marketing Coordinator position. Applicants should have experience writing copy for video scripts, blogs and social content for various industries. This position is part-time and will work its way to full-time.

 

Tasks Include:

  • Manage social media accounts on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Ability to create graphics for social media posts
  • Responsible for crafting engaging content for blogs, video scripts, and social media
  • Creating SEO-friendly content that will effectively reach a desired target audience
  • Serving a wide range of clients, this role requires a detail-oriented individual who feels comfortable writing about almost anything

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience writing blogs or creating social content
  • Great organizational skills and a dedication to meeting deadlines.
  • Minimum 1 year of content writing experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in writing, marketing, journalism, or communications is preferred
  • PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator knowledge is preferred

Account Manager

We are seeking a customer oriented Account Manager to join our growing, dynamic team at Guarantee Digital! The Account Managers help to manage and perform strategic digital marketing tasks for various clients in various industries. The Account Manager will also act as a liaison, providing product/service support and resolving any emerging issues that clients may face with accuracy and efficiency. This position entails directly performing various marketing and customer service tasks.

  • Serve as client contact for day-to-day online marketing projects ensuring that projects are running efficiently and profitably
  • Provide problem-solving recommendations, creative and collaborative brainstorm sessions, and perform hands-on execution for the following areas as needed: Search engine optimization, Email marketing, Content marketing and social media, Website redesigns, Website and marketing analysis and analytics
  • Deliver exceptional experience to clients in order to build and foster long-lasting relationships
  • Seek out and understand the customer’s business needs and effectively communicate the requirements to relevant internal and external teams (web development, marketing)
  • Provide strategic guidance, regular account coordination, and effective analysis of online activity in order to prioritize initiatives and maximize revenue goals and growth
  • Provide strategic planning, implementation, and communication between internal team members and external clients
  • Manage workloads and respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Have 1-3 years of experience providing customer service and coordination for clients in the online marketing and/or web technology fields. Agency experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of how Websites, Mobile Sites, SEO, and Social Media work together in a marketing strategy is preferred.
  • WordPress – basic working knowledge
  • Strong written, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Gmail, Google Docs/ Sheets, DropBox, Basecamp, Constant Contact & other cloud-based platforms.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Must be supportive, positive and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
